In this class we will complicate the narrative that “herbal abortions can kill you” (NYT, 2022) and address real and perceived risks through developing a deeper analysis of dosing, plant processing, and other factors that create the line between remedy and poison. Our dear, ancient, and widely misunderstood plant-friend Pennyroyal will be discussed in detail.
Oxytocic Herbs

This class is a deep dive into the use of oxytocic herbs for abortion and pregnancy release. We’ll focus on the pharmacologic, physiological and energetic impact of Cotton Root Bark and Blue Cohosh (and some kindred plants), exploring how dosage, timing and repetition can improve effectiveness for releasing a pregnancy.
